Privacy notice for clients, suppliers, partners and other parties – pursuant to art. 13 of European Regulation n. 16

1. The data being processed
Personal data being processed consists of personal and contact details provided or received from the interested person on the following occasions:
Visits, phone calls, or emails;
Direct contacts obtained after participation in events, fairs, etc.;
Commercial information requests, submission of proposals;
Requests received through our website or through websites of clients, suppliers, partners or other parties;
Communications and transactions following the purchase order for the supply of goods or services (supplied/purchased).
2. Purposes of processing
Personal data of natural persons who operate in the name and on behalf of clients, suppliers, partners, and other parties is processed for the following purposes:
Forward communications by various means (phone, mobile, SMS, email, fax, mail, etc.);
Formulate requests or process requests received;
Exchange information necessary for the performance of a contractual relationship, including pre- and post-contractual activities, which also comprise assistance;
Evaluate and analyze Research and Development projects.
Providing personal data is necessary for correct and efficient management of contractual relationships. A refusal could compromise the contractual relationship or related activities.
3. Legal basis
The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or for pre- or post-contractual measures adopted upon request of supplier, client, partner, other parties, or METALS REBORN S.r.l.
4. Methods of processing
The data shall be processed using manual or automated instruments, including input into databases, registers, and lists suitable for recording, management, and transfer of data. METALS REBORN S.r.l. applies appropriate security measures (firewall, antivirus, encrypted backups, secure connections such as VPN, HTTPS, SSL). Data is processed only by authorized personnel.
5. Recipients of data
Data is not disclosed to unspecified third parties. It may be communicated to:
Employees and collaborators of METALS REBORN S.r.l. authorized to process data;
External parties strictly necessary to provide goods or services;
Technicians or consultants providing IT, network, or connectivity support;
Authorities if required by law.
6. Transfer of personal data
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.
7. Conservation of personal data
Data is stored for the period necessary to comply with the purposes, and afterwards for 10 years in accordance with relevant legislation. In case of financial projects, conservation may follow the tender requirements of the financing organization.
8. Rights of the interested party
Pursuant to GDPR Articles 15–22, the interested party may:
Access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, request portability, or object to automated decision-making.

9. Lodging a complaint

METALS REBORN S.r.l. reserves the right to make changes to this document whenever necessary, giving the widest possible communication.
